Shipping & Returns

If you suspect any shipment or part of a shipment to be damaged, please insist that an inspection be carried out prior to signing for the product. If an inspection is not allowed by the carrier before signing, notate any discrepancies on the bill of laden or refuse the shipment in question. Make sure you get a signature of the delivery person on your copy of the delivery record notations.

All shipments should be inspected as soon as possible to verify its condition and correctness. If concealed damage is discovered, the carrier should be notified right away. Before returning any goods, a “return authorization” (RA) is necessary and may be obtained by calling 1-800-394-9739 Toll Free. The RA number should be shown on the carton and any paperwork associated with the return. A brief explanation for why the return is necessary and copies of supporting documents such as billing invoice are to be included for warranty consideration. No returns without a RA number or c.o.d. will be accepted.

Any product that’s been altered or that shows signs of abuse will not be considered for warranty. Fan motors and oscillator gear motors are warranted by their manufacturers. Should a problem with either of these components develop 30 or more days after purchase, manufacturers will be responsible for repair or replacement.
